Beachfront Hotel in Antigua

Ocean Point Beach Resort & Spa is an Adults-Only and All-Inclusive hotel in Antigua, located in the Hodge’s Bay area at just 7 minutes drive from the V.C. Bird International Airport, 10 minute from St. John’s and 5 minutes from the Cedar Valley Golf Course.

Please note that our hotel is fully CASHLESS, we no longer accept cash payments.
We only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
We recommend making the necessary arrangements before your arrival to avoid any issues.

To expedite the immigration entry procedures in Antigua, we recommend that you complete the official “Online Arrival & Departure Form” within 72 hours of travel via  www.ArriveAntigua.com using your personal mobile device or tablet.

We can arrange for you a transfer from V.C. Bird International Airport directly to our Resort, with a total cost of USD $30 for 2 passengers.

 please send your full name, arrival time and flight details to info@oceanpointantigua.com
You will receive a confirmation email. The driver will meet you at the Airport holding a sign with your name. Payment is cash only and should be given directly to the driver.

If you would like to explore the island on your own and you are not the seafaring type, then we recommended our trusted car rental partner “Go Caribbean”. The car will be delivered at our hotel at no extra cost.

USD $ Dollars are accepted everywhere in Antigua. The official currency of Antigua is the Eastern Caribbean dollar which is fixed to the U$D dollar. E.C.$ 2.76 = 1 U$D

All our rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning, Hair dryer, smart flat-screen TV, Safe box and Mini fridge.

Irons and ironing boards are not provided in the rooms; however, we offer a self-service iron station equipped with iron and ironing board, available for guests who wish to iron their own clothing. In addition, we are also pleased to offer ironing services through our laundry attendant for a small charge. Laundry bags and lists are located on top of the safe box in your room.

The power in the entire resort is 220V, with both European and American outlets but we recommend traveling with a universal adapter. Here is our plugs:

The payment for the Tours works as follows: the deposit will be charged to your room and it has to be paid by credit card, while the balance can be paid directly to the tour company in cash or credit card.

Beach towel collection is between 8am -11am daily at the front desk.

We have on site souvenir shop for your convenience.

 

Smoking is not allowed in our rooms, only in open areas such as our poolside lounge, bar area, etc.

Ocean Point Beach Resort & Spa is an Adults Only hotel with a minimum age of 16 for access.

Due to the layout and construction of the property, Ocean Point Beach Resort & Spa may NOT be suitable for guests with certain disabilities or mobility challenges.

Please note that there are steps leading to key areas such as the rooms, pool, restaurant, bar and beach.

Antigua is relatively crime free, but we recommend that all our guests exercise normal precautions. Ex: don’t leave valuables unattended in rental cars or on the beach. Place your valuables and travel documents in your room safe. Keep your guest room doors and windows locked, especially at night and when you are not in the room.
